Business Agility
Business agility is the ability of a company to adapt to changes in the market and customer needs quickly. It needs a lot of flexibility in all parts of the business, from running the business to making new products to marketing and sales. Agile organizations can quickly respond to changes in the market and make the changes to their products, services, and processes that are needed. This helps them stay ahead of the competition and meet the needs of their customers, which are always changing.
Business agility is affected by many things, such as a company’s culture, structure, processes, and systems. To be truly agile, an organization needs a culture that is open to change and encourages new ideas. It must also have well-defined processes and systems that allow for change to happen quickly.
